Pen and ink with wash
The female image has and continues to interest me. I did many drawings
and paintings of nudes long before I began to photograph them. I like
creating small simple pieces as much as I like larger detailed ones.
This nude is unique in the way the hair is styled in several different
patterns and the odd segmented foreshortening of the arms as a way of
creating depth and dimension.
