The most valuable art that I’ve experienced is that which manifests something in me that I couldn’t have explained myself. Currently my artwork represents my attempt to do this for others. By creating images out of my own emotions, I find visual expressions that might become symbols for feelings that you have lived.

A dichotomy can be found in visual art between messages that are meant to appeal to a large group, and those that are made through an act of personal journaling on the part of the artist. I hope to bridge that gap by dealing with moods that are relevant to others, such as helplessness, intimacy and an appreciation of beauty.
